Andrea “Andy” Herbin

Andy Herbin is the founder of Golden Thread Intel. She spent a decade as a U.S. Army Military Intelligence Officer, including three years as Intelligence Chief for a 1,300-soldier force operating across 13 military communities in Europe and as a production manager supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency and U.S. Central Command. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, where she was selected for the Dean’s Fellowship, and a BA in International Relations from Wellesley College. At Google, Andy has spent four years as a Senior Solutions Consultant advising on AI adoption, content strategy, and organizational analytics — receiving Outstanding Impact ratings in back-to-back performance cycles. She has built training programs that improved organizational capability, designed measurement systems from the ground up, and shipped products that reached millions of users. Golden Thread Intel exists because most organizations have more information than they know what to do with, and most consultants have more opinions than operational experience. Andy brings both the intelligence discipline and the systems thinking to close that gap.
